Narrative description of Project: Development of a Strategic Marketing and Communications Plan
GHRS was a new entity formed by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. After one year operating without a marketing plan or marketing personnel, the company engaged Colthrust PR to develop their Strategic Marketing and Communications Plan, assist in its implementation and ultimately guide the selection of a Marketing Manager.
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
- Conduct a full communications audit utilising primary and secondary research;
- Development of marketing and communications plan and implementation of that plan; over a 2 month period; revision of established branding, including redesign of corporate logo and all branding materials and the development of a brand manual;
- Design and scripting of marketing brochure;
- Website audit and recommendations for revamping of corporate website and formation of a proper online strategy;
- Assist in selection and hiring of Communications/Marketing Manager;
- Provision of the job descriptions for other Marketing and Communications team members
